HBF Rapid-Rehousing Program
HBF Rapid Rehousing Program is to provide rental assistance and comprehensive case management services to homeless individuals and families, focusing on their unique needs and strengths to rapidly transition them into permanent housing.

Save The Family Housing First Program
This program is designed to serve families consisting of both parents and at least one child who are experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness. Our program prioritizes the most vulnerable families, including those affected by domestic violence, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those with limited income.

Mary Magdalene EmpowerHER Project
This project is dedicated to providing housing and support services to empower survivors of domestic violence, specifically women. Beyond housing, it will connect them with female mentors from the faith community who are entrepreneurs, mothers, and wives with personal experience in overcoming domestic violence. These mentors will offer guidance, support, and inspiration to help survivors rebuild their lives.

This program is dedicated to providing housing and supportive services to single individuals with disabilities. Also, is committed to serving the unique needs of individuals with disabilities experiencing homelessness.

The Shummite Program
This program is a 100% dedicated Housing First initiative designed to provide permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals.The Shummite Program aims to serve chronically homeless individuals within our community. Our target population includes individuals who have been experiencing homelessness for an extended period and are often grappling with disabilities, mental health challenges, and substance use issues. We prioritize those who are the most vulnerable and in need of immediate housing and support.

The Barzillai Program
This is a Housing First initiative designed to provide stable living solutions for elderly individuals facing housing instability. The program seeks to address the specific needs of this vulnerable population by offering both transitional housing and rapid rehousing options, coupled with tailored supportive services.
